Tokyo is known as one of the most expensive cities in the world but if you know better, there are plenty reasonable ways to enjoy. Many amusement places have special price deals something like “midnight fixed price deal” so-called Free Time deal.

Karaoke is now one of the popular amusement places for foreign visitors. The price range of Karaoke usually charges per hour per person during the day. In the evening on the weekends have special price ranges, it may charges you ¥1000 per hour per person.

But in the midnight there are fixed price deals! Usually the overnight deals are about ¥1000~¥2000. If you like to include complementally drinks but still the price will be ¥3000~¥4000. It is the perfect place to have fun overnight!

Over night deal at Mangakissa (manga/internet café)

Mangakissa is very unique to Japan where you can read Manga as much as you want including internet facilities comes with free refill soft drinks.

Mangakissa has also midnight fixed price deal call “Night Pack” usually start from 8:00pm~5:00am. Surprisingly cheep as it’s only about ¥1300~¥2000 and can stay as long as you want.

If you choose the private booth, some places have options for luxury reclining chair, full-flat reclining chair and more. Because of the reasonable price, some people come to stay overnight instead of staying in hotel. You can use pay shower if you need.

It is definitely not for having fun with a group but it is the perfect place to relax alone or two.

Play darts all night with a fixed price deal!

Darts place often a part of amusement facilities which include Mangakissa (I mentioned earlier) and also other sports facilities like Ping-Pong, Billiard and of course Computer Game Machines etc… without exception, they also have midnight deal special.

The place call RAUM in Shinjuku is great. They have a midnight free time deal from 10:00pm~6:00am, all you can enjoy with only ¥1250. Although the deal only applies from Sunday to Friday. It is great that they have Mangakissa and Karaoke facilities as you can get refreshed if you are tired playing darts too long.

There are more similar amusement facilities like BAGUS or ROUND ONE where you can enjoy Darts, Ping-Pong, Billiard, Bowling etc in Tokyo. The midnight price deals might not apply to all places, so check it out your neighborhood if they offer the deals or not!
